Are Postage & Packing (P&P) charges included in the price?
P&P is charged at cost and included in the price of the cushion to UK destinations. For delivery outside the UK please contact Pam.
My purchase is a gift: can it be wrapped and posted directly to another address in the UK?
We'll be happy to do this. Contact Pam with UK delivery address and gift card text, and we'll do the rest. A small additional fee will be applicable to cover giftwrap and card. If the item needs to be delivered by a certain date please indicate this.
Are other colours and patterns available?
We're happy to discuss alternative colour and style options with you. Just contact Pam with your specific queries.
How long will it take for my order to be despatched?
All items are hand-made, and we aim to despatch orders within five working days of receipt of payment. This is also subject to availability of the tweed colour(s) chosen and the number of items ordered.
I don't need the cushion pad: can the cover be sent on its own and, if so, will I receive a refund?
You can contact Pam to arrange this.
Are the cushion covers washable?
The cushion covers are 100% wool. We recommend dry cleaning but small stains can also be sponge-cleaned with warm, soapy water if necessary.
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
We very much hope that you will be delighted with your cushions. However, if for any reason you are not, please contact Pam to discuss. A refund can only be given on receipt of the goods in the condition in which they left TighCruinn Designs. Please note that we are unable to refund the cost of return postage.
